Grade A = Great conditions paint or color wise, as there are little to no signs of use on the HANDLES/cosmetics/color. HOWEVER tool Might still be dirty or light scratches and/or dings, wear and tear on handles/tools, little cosmetics etc. Nothing will be broken, or blades chipped, damaged, No moderate usage on tools or heavy paint wear etc. ZOOM IN on PICTURES please!~
The Main difference or really only difference between grade A and B is going to be the Paint/Color on the handles. B = ""light to moderate"" faded and/or scratches etc on handles but tool still works/nothing broken or damaged.
Grade B = ""Light to Moderate"" cosmetics, mainly the paint/color is going to be more faded, and/or, multiple scratches and dings on tool etc, Tools might be dirty or might not, but nothing will be broken, or blades chipped, damaged etc.
Grade D = BROKEN = TINKERERS = Something is missing or broken. Might just be tweezers, maybe knife is chipped, or heavy rust/dirty, etc. Everything is fixable in the right hands and the right price. These ""usually"" consist of a singular problem.
Let me expand upon the original wording, SOMETHING is MISSING or BROKEN. I take all items that are damaged, missing parts, and put them in a box for this listing. Problems could be BROKEN pliers, or chipped blades, missing tweezers, screw driver could be bent or chipped, maybe the box cutter is missing or chipped, maybe the scissors spring is missing. Most all of these have ONE issue, some might be more, the point is, something is BROKEN damaged or something is MISSING from the tool for D RATING!!

CLUTCH, SPLICE, AND ALL OTHER Tools beyond the Dime ARE considered GRADE B, ALL used and will show signs of usage and/or cosmetics etc.
